If you are in any way unsatisfied with one of our products you have 30 calendar days to return it from the date you received it. Please send an email to trish@einderdesigns.com letting us know you would like to return an item and post it back to us at the following address:

E Inder Designs, 30 Geralds Way, Bussage, Stroud GL6 8FJ.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We will not refund the cost of shipping the return unless there is a fault with the item.

Once we receive the return we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 days.
